The Steel Sports Coaching System is a research-based, proven program developed and designed with over two decades of experience in best practices of coaching, with the goal of creating positive developmental relationships between the athlete and coach.

Sports is an incredible vehicle to build character, mold future leaders and teach life lessons. The Steel Sports Coaching System teaches kids there is much more to gain from sports than winning and losing.

We provide continuous education to help coaches grow their skills. The Lasorda Way features in-depth online courses, numerous learning modules, a coach development program and coach mentoring on and off the field.

At Steel Sports, we set our athletes up to be champions in life by molding strong leaders through character development and work in the community. We strive to provide all youth the opportunity to develop as athletes and as people through education and competition. Our programs promote the overall welfare of youth in the community through charitable and recognition activities, and we provide a pathway to college, internships and employment.
