Camp runs Monday-Friday...
Munchkin - 9-10:30am
Half Day - 9am-12noon (Campers to bring a snack)
Full Day - 9am-3pm (Campers to bring a snack and lunch)

Registration takes place on Monday morning at 9am at the back soccer field at McCarthy Park, 44 Hospital Rd, Medfield.

Families will receive additional What to Expect/What to Bring information upon registering.

A completed health history is mandatory for player participation and should be completed by June 1. Families will receive a link to complete. An updated physical (the form you get from the dr. each year) with the most up to date physical date clearly marked and the player's full list of immunizations will need to be uploaded to consider the form complete. Without both the uploaded, the player will not be able to participate in camp.

This camp must comply with the regulations of the MDPH and be licensed by the local Board of Health.
