2024 Baseball In-Season Hitting Program - June 10 - July 5 - 4 Sessions

The In-season hitting program will be a month long program comprised of 8 sessions. Athletes can pick between 1 or 2 sessions per week. The first hour will be cage work and the second hour will be functioning strength and conditioning with recovery.
